A diverse role combining administrative support with hands-on work in the packing shed, working closely with the Logistics, HR & Compliance Manager and the Packing Shed Foreman. On the administration side you will help prepare and load trailers, including stocktake, load set-up and labelling, support our quality assurance programs and take on general office duties. In the shed you will pack fruit and vegetables, assist with packing administration and forklift operations, and help promote a safe and efficient workplace.

Our working season at Ceres Farm is from April through to October each year.
Most positions are seasonal and therefore casual jobs. Jobs include: picking, packing, grading, operation of machinery, forklift operations and more.

In general, no. All employees are given training when they start. Please keep in mind that many roles are physically demanding so applicants need to be physically fit. Let us know if you have any experience driving a tractor or if you hold a forklift license.

In general, no. Most workers live in and around Kununurra, however accommodation support may be available for particular roles.
No, you will need access to your own transport.
You will be paid per hour, in accordance with the Horticulture Award 2020.
